Has anyone done the rear coil spring kit for the Mk2?
Please advise on thoughts of this mod.
Good or bad and advice on conversion or stay stock leafs.

I have not done it myself , not sure it’s needed on a road going MK2 , for the average driver .
I did wonder about adding coil springs as well as the leaf’s , just a case of welding a seat on top of the axle , for the spring to sit in , and one on the body for the top , no reason not to put a damper in the middle too , or would that be too easy , I know people like to say yeah that mod cost me 2 1/2 grand 
Adding springs would cost less then a few 100 £ or $
