A while back I saw someone’s post on how they fixed their hood hinges. I’m sure it was on this forum, but I cannot find it again. Can anyone help either to locate it or tell how they did this job.

Funnily enough, because of slop in the rivets, I was thinking of doing the same thing on my 120 and recalled the piece you refer to, unfortunately I lucked out trying the archives. The chap had a website that detailed a lot of specific rebuild/restoration tasks and, as I recall, he used bolts at each pivot rather than rivets. There is a reference to someone using valve guides, but not the site in question. Maybe someone can remember, it was some years ago.
