Just had a thought, see if there is a vinyl wrap company close by that might be able to chrome wrap it.
Great idea, maybe they would sell you an offcut so you could do it yourself. You tube has plenty of info on how to apply it with instructional vids etc including some dedicated to the chromed effect vinyl, it looks close to the real thing on the vids.
I like that idea! I will have too look into that.
I once saw in my area an entire late model Chrysler 300 chrome wrapped. Quite a sight.
The Jaguar dealer here did a new XJ a number of years ago, it passed me on the way to one of our car displays.
