Please are 1999 up to 2003 S type 3.0L and 4.0L shift cable, center console assy, and the shift gear assy interchangeable to fit each other?

If yes, where is the best place to get the used parts aside eBay or is any member here parting out 1999 up to 2003 model of S-Type that I can buy these parts from?
