[s-type] Driver door trim loose

My drivers door wooden trim is loose and rattling, does it
just clip off? The manual I have is a bit useless on the
subject…–

You need to get to the back side. First take off the oval
trim around the inside handle. That’s the hard part. You
have to pry it up gently but firmly and it will pop off. If
you were to enlarge the hole a bit with a pocket knife you
wouldn’t be the first. Then lift out the rubber piece down
in the arm rest. There are a couple of screws under there.
Then pull off the whole interior panel. It just pops off.
Then there are some electrical connectors. You squeeze a
little tab and they pull out.–
