[s-type] Identifying scuffed tyre problem

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with a small
problem I’m experiencing.

I have a Jaguar S-Type, 2004, automatic, 3 litre petrol.

The front tyres are wearing on the inside edge with the
offside being extremely bad. Recent major service did not
identify any problems at all. Four wheel laser tracking has
just been completed without any problems. I don’t want to
spend 180 each for new tyres until I find out why the tyres
are being damaged.

Can anyone offer up any ideas??

All help and advice very gratefully received.

Thanks

In reply to a message from griffinsaver sent Sun 22 Jul 2012:

Your camber angle is wrong. The tires are leaning inwards at
the top. Possibly also toe-in is wrong. Take it to someone
who really understands front end alignment, not just how to
push buttons on a laser tracker.
Look for worn ball joints, suspension bushings and bent tie
rods.–
