Could anyone advise as to exactly where the knock sensor is
on a 2000 V6. I’ve been told to look on this or that side
of the block, or in the head, or under the intake manifold.
Your wisdom and clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.

According to the JTIS manual, there appear to be two.
One is under the intake manifold in the center of the V between the
heads, and the intake manifold has to come off first to get at it.
The other is above the starter motor, and the starter has to come
off first to get it.–
