[s-type] Malfunction indicator lamp

Hello all,

I purchased an off lease 2000 S Type about a month ago. I has
approximately 70,500 miles on it.

This morning the malfunction indicator lamp light came on this
morning. What does this mean? I know it’s due a service (70K)
could that have anything to do with the light coming on?
