Both wipers work and park correctly. But increasingly they now refuse to turn off. Both settings turn on as they should via the dash switch but when i switch off they keep going until they turn off upto 10minutes later. Is this the switch fault?

It’s a bit complicated - when turned off the switch applies 12V to both ‘sides’ of the motor; stopping the motor as there is no motor ground…
But the likely problem is the switch…
