There is no real answer, of course. This has come up with several
inquiries in the last several weeks, you might go back through the
last month or two’s correspondence on this list.
It depends of a million variables, including love and madness.
If the car speaks to you, buy it. If you want to save money offer
him 1/4 of what he is asking for it. You never know.
