you really ought to rewire. A rather famous MKII only failed to and
suffered
a fire in France whilst on a JEC club rally. Car was written off, and I
understand that the insurance company is playing hardball.
Its not worth not doing it. Do you trust 30 year old flexible barke
pipes?,…its the same policy.
glad to hear was not the inner sills mind you. The new sill over old is a
favourite botch as you have found out. I’m ashamed to say have done it
myself
to offload an MG a lot of years back. But I
knew I wasn’t keeping it. Oh and it wasn’t illegal then, it probably is
now.
