I am starting a quest to track down a specific 1951 RHD OTS, Chassis #660920. XKData has the car as being spotted in the UK in 2019, with registration MUC424. This is one of only three special order yellow XK120s - and the only RHD one (per Clausager’s “XK120 in Detail”).
A longer shot still is to track down the LHD chassis #670344. No details at all on that one, so unlikely to be a fruitful search.
I also hold out hope that the Alloy LHD #670030, shipped to Cuba and apparently raced by Alfonso Gomez Mena, way still be tucked away in a barn somewhere on the island. Now that would be a fun search!
