Seeking Mechanical tach Drive for XK engine

I am looking for the mechanical tach drive stuff, off an XK engine that used such. I’d need the donigle that screws into the cam, and the plug/adaptor that goes on the back of the head. Cable, too, if only for the knurled fastener.

You mention a knurled fastener Paul, this indicates the 120 / MK7 setup,
straight out the back of the cam.
As you have positioned the engine into the bulkhead perhaps the right angled drive fitted to a MK1 / XK150 will be the better option.
