An old XJS, a good welder, fabricate an extended 'glass nose, whack the hood down to about a 3-inch slot, for the windscreen…

Im a decent welder! I went to trades school for metal fabrication.
You keep me posted, if you happen to find dome crazy mutha f**ker, over here, to build a Salt car: I fire a shot across the bow of George Poteet.

That community is likely the most open to doing something like that.
I am almost sure I can’t afford this but I’d be very interested to know how much the heads would cost and what HP and torque figures can be expected on a stock V12 and whether the whole installation inc fuel injection etc would fit under the bonnet of a stock XJ-S.
I’d have to abandon my stock restoration for this with a 5 speed manual conversion to make the ultimate Jaguar powered sleeper car.
Awesome work. It’s fantastic to see the old V12 still being improved and developed.
