Series 1 welded louver bonnet-2 questions

I recently found an original replacement welded louver bonnet for my car. Problem is that it was devoid of all electrics, headlights and wiring. It had the horns in the bonnet lower valence and has mounts for that purpose. I find all restoration books seem to be devoid of pictures of the underside of the bonnet. Does anyone know where the horn relay goes?

Q2: The bonnet did have the heater air intake installled and it was black. I took it off to strip and repaint. I found a silver paint underneath. JCNA judges manual said 3.8 cars had them painted black. The only book-and I have them all-that I see a picture of this item is the Jaguar Heritage “Factory Original Jaguar E-Type” book.It has a picture that shows a silver intake with a caption that says “early cars were silver or body color”. So is it black or silver or blue? My car is 876157 built in Nov61. If silver is it smooth hammerite? Ok, 3 questions:)
