Series 2 diff output shims

To clarify - that was related to the road test results. When driving, it doesn’t matter what gear, clutch in our out, accelerating/decelerating…coasting, steady speed. If you are rolling at about 65mph, it vibrates. On the jackstands, it vibrates at 65mph regardless of gear as long as the driveline is turning. On jackstands, no vibration when engine is run up in neutral or in gear with clutch in… assume because the driveline is not turning.

So if it vibrates at 65 whether you are in 3,4 or 5th gear, then you can figure it is the driveshaft or diff since you have the halfshafts off. Also, the discs and halfshafts turn at about 1/3 the speed of the driveshaft so rarely do they cause vibration. Looking more and more like a driveshaft. I know you had it balanced but might be worth having another driveline shop check it.
