Shout out to good Jaguar friend

Have a really good friend in Geoff Webster of Nova Scotia. He flew out here to Alberta and we spent nine days working on my 61 3.4 MK2. In that time we finished installing the wood, installed new door seals , hung and adjusted doors, installed engine and trans from the top( went very well, 2 hours ) , rad and some hoses , genny and bonnet done. Just a great time with a fellow Jag enthusiast. Next is for me to head east and help him install original engine in his e-type coupe. Love working on these cars, have made very good friends over the years. At 72, not sure whats left in the tank, maybe one more.
Thanks again Geoff

A real treasure to have nearby someone sharing Your enthusiasm. A dozen hours spent on teamwork is worth a season of lonesome coping with Your project.
I hope my son will soon start sharing my Jag addiction

10 behind you, and I have exactly one more left…my Jee-Type hot rod.

Frankly, I wouldn’t bet for me, finishing that, but, I’m gonna try.

Sorry, what is Jee-type hot rod?

My ‘66 Jeepster hot rod, soon to be motor-vated by a SIII XK 6-banger!

Jee-Type—geddit?
