his Bonnet fits perfect on my car accept most of one side is approx. 1/8" wider then the main body interface point.

Maybe this thread helps on the fitment of the bonnet?

The placement of the bar, ie the spread of the wings, depends on the fitment with the bonnet. In my case, just before final fitment of the so-called chin piece.
