Description: C7186 Exhaust Side with Filler Cap & C14987 Intake Side - Excellent used original covers which have recently been highly polished. No visible cracks and flat on mating surfaces.
Note that C7186 was in production for earlier 3.8 E-Types (and XK120 140 150) and will likely require an earlier seal and O-Ring if used on 4.2 65’-67’ E-Type. C7186 also has a slightly different shape in the top recess areas for hold-down acorns & washers than later E-Type smooth cam covers. Difference barely noticeable with this set . . . PM for details or questions.
Please confirm that the semi-circular cut-outs on the ends meet requirements. Additional detail pictures or measurements by request.
