It could be worse. We now seem to have birds that poop acid like the Alien. One got my freshly restored hardtop and severely etched the clear coat in about 12 hours.

Wash it off. I did that today on mine.
It’s not a hate crime. What do I mean by that? Recently in the southern United States someone reported it as such. They thought it was toxic!
