I was checking the installation of the gas tank … but I see that the banjo termination hose … on the other side ends in a female connector … and the tank tube also ends in a female connector … I would have to buy a special one …male and male to connect both … ??
I would replace those old plastic fuel line asap.
They are not able to cope with modern fuels.
Probably they are already hard, and will break at some point!
I checked them 6 years ago they was fine , and again 2 years ago when I replaced the fuel pump .
I do know about Ethanol and the damage it can do , that was one reason I went over to HS8 carbs , no rubber diaphragms , but thank you Peter
