No matter wotcha think, someone went to a MASSIVE amount of work: I gotta say…I don’t hate it!
One consolation, a Cadillac died for that. I agree with Paul, someone did an incredible, if questionable, amount of skilled work to pull it off.

the balance looks a little off but the concept is intriguing
I agree. Any car with that size wheels looks ridiculous - IMHO.
The estate or shooting brake on the other hand seems nicely executed.

I love Station Wagons, Shooting Brakes, Estates, ect. Back when I was a teen, when the Mustang first came out, I remember seeing a station wagon conversion that a guy did for his wife, on the cover of Car and Driver. It looked great. My dad had a series II Valiant wagon, that I thought looked much better than the sedan. I now have an X Type Estate that I love the look of. I have often thought that a wagon back version of the MGB GT would look great.
