Unknown Parts for XKE S2

Here are another two parts that came to me from the “stalled” bodyshop…

Are these XKE S2 parts? If yes, what are they for?

Those are brackets/reinforcements in the footwell, in front towards the x-panel. The front frames bolt here.

here is one of them in the pass footwell
