Upgraded banjo bolt for radiator bleed pipe

So many do not know about the galvanic charts that show how disimilar metals react when in proximity of one another. …look up on net.

Finishing touches to new batch of banjo bolts

Carve a Jaguar growler in the top of each one. That’d be some serious finishing touches!

Seriously, those sure look pretty.

Or screw on a leaper :))))
New batch of half-moon seals is also coming up

The banjo bolt mod he has is lovely. I had fit it to my 89 XJ-S.

Thanks James  Picasso inspired engine bay ?

Kirbert, this one for you

Well what do you think ? Should I do it on all of them ?

Also Half-moon seals  I know that nobody will see them when installed, but I think it is still a nice finishing touch

I hope you “index” them for car show admiration!

You’ll have to use your muscles for alignment

How did you do that? Is that engraved, or just printed on?

No it is laser engraving

Why is it so dark? Is the engraving filled with paint?

No paint is used, just metal burning/melting from laser beam. Like “lightsaber” from star wars

Doh, looks like I just bought the last of the 2018’s bolts. The 2019’s are much cooler.

Greg, this is a “facelift’” model :)))

You do know I was joking, don’t you?

OK, now we need a picture of the whole engine!

UNBELIEVABLE engine bay.!!! Just trying to tidy up the v12 engine bay is difficult…but to impose a visual symphony on top of it is brilliant!!! Great work!!

Just don’t do what I did when manufacturing my own banjo bolts:
overtorque and snap the head off, requiring the “fun” of removing the remnants of the bolt from the radiator.

Edit: Also, JamesLove, that engine bay has got to be the most fantastic thing I have ever seen.
