V12 cooling system, running too hot?

Here’s a link to my findings about thermostats and running temperatures:

What that means is that if you have 82c thermostats, then your engine temperature should be between 82c and 96c and if you have 88c t-stats then your engine temperature should be in a range from 88c to 102c.
If temperature rises above that, it means that you have reached maximum cooling capabilities of your cooling system, and this is not normal. Rasons can be various… non working electric fan, main fan clutch is tired, radiator clogged from outside, radiator clogged from inside, ignition timing issues etc.
