[v12-engine] 95 xj12 head gasket repair tools

hey folks im having a hard time finding the tools needed to
replace the head gaskets in a 95 xj12 anyone know where to
purchase these items from ??? thanks john–

Other than the regular sockets etc, you MIGHT need a ‘‘head
removal tool’’ and a ‘‘timing chain tensioner tool’’.

Other than buying them from Jaguar (if you can) you would
have to either make them yourself or borrow/rent them

I use the timing chain tensioner tool to remove just enough
tension from the tensioner to allow the RH cam sprocket to
be popped off the cam. Once the RH side is off the LH side
can be popped off.
