Has anybody ever tried full flow oil cooling by making an adapter that fits
in place of the existing oil filter, that sends oil through the oil cooler
…

Been there, Done that, Works Great ! Used OTC parts.

Don,
I have been referring to your setup in several other posts. I’m
happy to see you step forward and display your conversion.

I converted my oil assembly to full flow and it is more difficult
than your conversion. not so much the machining but those big
hoses. Mine would have been easier had I used your size hoses. I
used herky hydraulic hose like Jag used on the bypass method. These
hoses are stiffer than your choice and need to be cut to the exact
length.–
