I think the 6.0 V12 would be odb2?

OBD2 began with 1996 model years on US spec cars.

The X300 Technical Guide for the 1995MY issued in Aug 1994 says:-

The V12 engine is upgraded and utilises a new Nippondenso engine management
system. The variant for North America complies with the comprehensive emissions
monitoring demanded by the California Air Resources Board On-Board Diagnostics
II regulations.
