[v12-engine] Sources of the " right" Marelli parts?

In reply to a message from RCielec sent Mon 9 May 2016:

Marelli caps are NLA.
There are still ‘‘Made in Italy’’ caps available, but they are
not Marelli. They all have aluminum (aluminium) terminals.
Cost is about $100.

OEM rotor – try the dealer or the common Jag suppliers.

Apology to all for having to ask. I thought I had it
straight but, have just plain forgot.
Who are sources of cap & rotor for Marelli distributor ? Any
source have reasonable prices ?
Yes, I’ll do the Marelli mod to minimize the chances of
becoming a roadside attraction for Girl Scouts making
S’mores.

I know it’s sacrilege but the best replacements are a crank trigger and three Subaru coil packs.

Going distributor-less…? Switching to such a system will be the ultimate goal for many of us, but such a project is way too advanced for an amateur like me…

BTW – you left out several other components that need to be added to the shopping list. Also, the crank sensor is probably not necessary as the Marelli system already uses two.
