Can anyone out there tell me what the BTDC opening and ABDC degrees are for a standard XK 150 cam with a 3/8 lift.

This isn’t explicitly for the 150 but I have an idea that the cams did not change too much
This is from the service manual for a 3.4/8 ‘S’ engine;
Inlet opens15 deg BTDC
Inlet closes 57 deg ABDC
Exhaust opens 57 deg BBDC
Exhaust closes 15 deg ATDC
With valve clearance set at .010”
