i put new rebuild air strut on drivers side front it pumped up one time then went down and is still down going to get new pump tomorrow and put it on it is the only strut that is not working properly old strut was working nice till got winter out and would not pump up and stay up

One shock not holding air surely means that its shot, rebuild or not. I can’t see a replacement pump making any difference. If all corners were falling or failing to rise then yes the pump would be a good candidate to replace.
