Great things take time.

Man, for a bunch of low-paid volunteers, ya sure are slow!

Will that get me banned?

Welcome to the top of the list for volunteer project managers.

So, here we are, and it’s 2019 already!

@Nick will take care of organizing the project of moving static content from the old site to the new site, and he expects to start in about a week or so, once he’s recovered from a nasty bout of the ol’ flu. Expect to hear from him then.

In the meantime, I need one or two volunteer “journalists”, someone who can commit to posting a Jaguar News tidbit at least once a day to the Jag-News Category here on the Forums.

You don’t have to write much, just a short summary, then post a link to an article or whatever it is that you found that you think could be of interest to the entire Jag-lovers community. Definitely a bonus if you could commit to posting links to each news item on our “main” www.jag-lovers.com site as well (on WordPress), and perhaps even to Twitter and Facebook. But we can get back to that, the priority is to at least get the Jag-News Category here on the Forums updated daily.

Does this sound like something you’d like to try your hand at? Please drop me a PM. Thanks!

FYI, here’s how I’ve done things up until now. I post a news item here on the Forums, then link to that forum post from our other media sites. The idea is to drive traffic to the Forums. Here’s how it looks now:

Jaguar News on our main site: https://www.jag-lovers.com/category/jaguar-news/

Jag-lovers Twitter feed: https://twitter.com/JagLovers

Jag-lovers on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/JagLovers/

No takers? No one wants to be our new News Editor?

Ideally we’d have two or three people, alternating.

Anyone? Bueller… Bueller?

I’ll keep my eyes peeled for Jaguar content!
