You have the same browser and same version as Robert, so that could be the problem. Could you try downloading Chrome and see if that helps? Google Chrome - Download the Fast, Secure Browser from Google

I tried Chrome and still get the spinning ball, I’ll watch it for a few days.
I tried it on FireFox and was able to get the notificatons.
