While repaing a leak in my windshield washer tank I clean as I go, I found this shiny round thing with wires in the back? It is on the passenger side only by the air vent to the wheel well. Can some one tell me what it is or is for?
I have a feeling it might be for ice warning on some of the models? If it is’nt then Bryan N will know what it is.
If it has a 2-way brown connector with a White/blue and a Red/slate wire it is the ambient air temperature sensor associated with the power washers.
Saddly it has a rubber boot and good wire covers and I don’t want to mess with it at this time.just finished repairing a leak in the washer tank that is how Inoticed it. These the sure do have large washer flued reservoirs!
