Firstly I am new to Jag ownership. Just doing up the front end of my XK150. Poly bushes, ball joints etc. Running 16 x 6 wheels with Pirelli P6 tires. Interested in whether to go by factory settings or not? What is the current thinking?
I run bias ply tires in original size. Factory settings been fine for me.
Why would you want to change the factory settings.
Some say that with radials the camber or caster should be different…l
Because with wheels offset to the inside compared with standard and the lower profile tires means the “spot” that the wheel swivels around on the road may change. just after peoples experience on this issue.
