Anyone know if the wiring loom/electronics of a1994 XJ Sport 4,0L and a 1996 Daimler Six 4,0 L are the same? Your knowledge is appreciated!

In all probability, yes. How expensive would it be for a manufacturer to have separate looms for each model variant? The only things likely to be missing would be connecting cables from plugs on the loom to the various options.
For example, let’s say the Sport had no CD changer. The wiring for the changer will nonetheless be present.
