Won't go over 70 mph

Hi I have a 3.0 x type jaguar ,very reluctant to go over 70 mph .I have changed all the seals and gaskets and o rings ,but still the same .It is a 2001 model

Check for blocked exhausts/catalytic converters

Have you checked for any codes?

Not showing any codes ,was running great last week .Replaced top and bottom manifold gaskets and all o rings and seals .Was wondering about pcv valve
