I’ve bought parts from these guys ,
http://jaguarheaven.com/ I had my manifolds brazed which did not
hold. Then some kind of welding for cast iron [which I don’t
remember the name of] which has held for 20000+ miles.
It would be nice to have an affordable alternative for the
exhaust manifolds.–

I think there are 2 different rear (bank 2, 'B’bank) exhaust
manifolds for the US market. One has an opening at the rear
for the EGR pipe and one is solid with no opening.

The US cars have AIR injection so there are the threaded
holes for the pipes.

Be sure you find the correct ones.

I lucked out and got a good pair on Ebay for $100.

The rear one had the EGR hole that I didn’t need. I just threaded the hole
and install a pipe plug.

I have a good used rear manifold without the hole for the
EGR. It is missing a downpipe stud but the hole has good
threads (the air injection threads are good also).

Another stud could be transferred to the manifold or a new
one installed.

It won’t fit my 1992 AJ6 engine so I don’t need it.
I guess I got it when I worked at the Jaguar dealer.

I offered it for sale a while back on the ‘FOR SALE’ section
of the forum but there were no takers then.
