[x300] more poor mechanics

I had taken in the wife’s '02 S-Type for “free” service. When I opened the
hood/bonnet a few weeks later the oil filler cap was laying on top of the
engine. I was surprised I didn’t get any kind of “check engine light”.

But when they willfully neglect the job or skirt it entirely in
hopes you will not notice, it begins to sound a lot like fraud -
