We know that Jaguar reccomended Champion RC12YCC plugs for the AJ16
engine. This is a hotter plug than the original RC9YC that was
used in the early cars as well as the AJ6 engines.
I have not been able to locate a comprehensive cross reference that
includes the 12’s. I would be interested in which plugs from
Bosch/NGK/Autolite/ETC. are the equivalent heat range.
Has anyone seen a good cross reference?–
