In response to a recent enquiry of mine about a small oil leak from my
cylinder head gasket, Dave Lokensgard kindly suggested ‘Alemite’ oil leak
preventer.
Can anyone suggest an equivalent product which one can buy in GB? I have
seen Wynn’s oil leak stopper on the shelves of one or two motor accessory
shops but from the label it appears this is specifically intended to stop
oil leaks from rubber or neoprene rotating shaft seals, not from composite
gaskets.
