[xj] Are XJ series 3 and XJS door lock barrels interchangeable?

I have a 1989 XJ12 where the passenger door has been broken into,
handle is OK but the lock is FUBAR. The driver’s side is also not
so hot as it can be opened with any key!

I found a guy on Ebay who is selling the door locks (and boot lock)
from a 1984 XJS, all which open with the one key!

Would these fit into my door handles?

I’d have to say “no”.

The XJS lock is entirely different as it mounts in the handle itself where
the Ser III lock mounts in the door sheet metal.
