[xj] fuel tank levels

From: Cannara cannara@attglobal.net

Doug, I have a “half-full” circuit I was going to put in for “the other”
tank (depending on selected one), so you’d know if the other one could be
used, or it was time to stop for gas. Whaddya think? I send the circuit
with your pressure gauge. :]

Alex

I just use a mnemonic reminder for fuel availability. When I fill the tanks, I switch to the left tank. When I empty half of the left tank, I switch to the right tank. Then I know I have “half left.” But then I was an Enlish major, not an electronics geek, so this isn’t going to be adequate for Alex and his ilk…since it doesn’t require wiring or even a single LED.

Tom, that’s what I’ve done too! However, one of our favroite listers could
not resist and asked for the circuit, so we’ll see just who is the hooniest of
us all soon. :]–
