Hi
Just wondered if anyone could help me with this problem. I have a 1991
XJ6 and just purchased it 3 months ago , we just had some warm weather
and the AC only puts out cool not Cold air. I am located in the New
York area on Long Island. If anyone has some suggestions I would really
appreciate them.

Congrats on the fine car! Sorry to hear about your AC problem which
sounds (most likely) like you are low on refrigerant…
But in truth you are asking your question in the wrong place. This
list deals only with the XJ models up to 1987, with a few exceptions.
The later model cars, of which yours is an example have their own
list. You need to ask your question on the xj40 list, which is the
“proper” designation for your model and year…
They will know much more about your car than I or most folk here will…
