[xj] Inner wing question

Hello, I have the front wings / fenders off my S3 because I
am replacing them.
Towards the front at the bottom of the inner wing , wheel
side,there is a long oval rubber grommet that allows access
to a nut, I need to replace these grommets, after a bit of
repair in that area, but cannot find the part number �anyone
know?

Near the front doors, both sides, exiting from the A post
towards the wheels,there is a tube with a removable cap
�anyone know what this is for?–

No sunroof, located UK so no point.
