Please help me sort something out if you have done this work: The rear
hub carrier has a “bung” on top which, after cleaning, is to be removed
in order to lubricate the hub. Now, I have seen two descriptions of this.
One says to simply pump grease into the hub through the hole. The other says
that once you remove the bung, you must fit a grease nipple. PLEASE, since
I plan to do this soon, which is the correct procedure, and while I think
the manual prescribes lithium grease, there may be better ones now. If so,
which?
