[xj-s] Chassis numbers for front brake pads

Greetings:

AUTOZONE has two chassis numbers for the 88 XJ-S that apply to FRONT BRAKE
PADS. I’m not with my vehicle now so I don’t know which chassis number is
mine. I have the V12 CONVERTIBLE. Anyone know which is which? 144578 and
144577.

Phil: Well since Jag never changed the pad design for the XJ-S front
pad, I guess you could choose either one you want.
My guess would be that one would be a metalic and the other not.
The old Girling number is still a D244. I would also guess that as
usual Autozone has no clue that the XJ-S is different from the XJ-6.
