[xj-s] instructions to measure antifreeze with a hygrometer

It’s been mentioned that to measure the water to antifreeze ratio
that a hygrometer can be used.

Can anyone explain the procedure using the Sper Scientific Mason’s
Hygrometer 736740, about $20USD, if it is appropriate for this task?–

It’s not very useful though as it will tell you nothing
about the state of the coolant’s corrosion inhibitors. If in
doubt, replace.–
