and about the difficulty “Smart or try to be” car owners have in dealing with
them.
Note that it is only us who suffer. The average simple minded Joe or Jane who
drop the car and pick it up when they are told to, pay the bill without
looking at it, are mostly satisfied with the service they get in a car shop.
