My top will go down but will not come up…the back windows come up
when I engage the up switch…but the top doesn’t move. Any
suggestions as to the solution to the problem?–

You can switch the pump over to manual and raise the top by hand.
That will at least get you closed up. Then I would start looking at
the relays that control the power top functions.–
